KEMARO Sphere is hosted in Switzerland. Data handling follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection side by side.

What reaches Sphere is scoped to what keeps a fleet running: mission status and fleet telemetry. It is not a facility map, and not a live feed.

The instructions that move the robot travel across your own network, behind your own firewall. The cloud handles monitoring, reporting, and updates, not control.

Sphere handles fleet scheduling, live maps, cleaning reports, no-go zones, and over-the-air updates. Every update is signed and validated, and can be staged before it reaches your full fleet.

A defined, small set of people can push a change, and that access is logged.

What data does a KEMARO robot collect?

Sensor readings used in real time for navigation, obstacle detection, and marker recognition, plus mission status and fleet telemetry sent to KEMARO Sphere.

Who can access a robot remotely?

A defined, small set of KEMARO personnel, through Sphere. Every access is logged.

Where is our data stored?

On KEMARO Sphere, hosted in Switzerland, governed by GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

Does the robot need our network to stay online to work?

No. Onboard SLAM lets a robot keep cleaning if the network drops. Sphere is for monitoring, reporting, and updates, not control.

Can Sphere integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. Sphere supports VDA5050 for fleet management integration and exposes a documented REST API for WMS, ERP, and building systems.
